
Employees Relations Advisor

- Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and management to address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
- Develop and implement initiatives and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Stay current on applicable employment laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Create and deliver training programs and workshops on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and diversity and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all employee relations matters, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
- Consult with legal counsel and HR leadership as needed to address complex or high-risk employee relations issues.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change or enhancement.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to prevent escalation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, managers, and HR colleagues on employee relations matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Retail Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization
Experience In Conducting Investigations And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues In A Fair And Consistent Manner.
