• Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and management to address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
• Develop and implement initiatives and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Stay current on applicable employment laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Create and deliver training programs and workshops on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and diversity and inclusion.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all employee relations matters, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
• Consult with legal counsel and HR leadership as needed to address complex or high-risk employee relations issues.
• Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change or enhancement.
• Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to prevent escalation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, managers, and HR colleagues on employee relations matters.
