- Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy to protect the company's assets and sensitive information.
- Lead a team of cyber security professionals to ensure the effective operation of all security systems and processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in cyber security to continuously enhance the company's security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
- Oversee the monitoring and analysis of cyber security threats, incidents, and breaches, and take appropriate actions to mitigate and prevent them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cyber security.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's cyber security capabilities.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the company's ability to respond to cyber security incidents.
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership and provide updates on the company's cyber security posture and any potential risks.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards In Cyber Security And Risk Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Large-Scale Cyber Security Initiatives And Programs.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. Relevant Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Crisc Are A Plus.
