Job Description

CVS Health is looking for an experienced Grievance Analyst (Call Reviewer) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing support to our customer service unit, ensuring customer service standards are met.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a background in customer relations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and can handle a variety of tasks with accuracy.In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews of customer service calls, investigating customer complaints, and providing feedback to the customer service team. You will also be responsible for tracking customer satisfaction scores and ensuring that customer service standards are met.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Conduct quality assurance reviews of customer service calls. • Investigate customer complaints and provide feedback to customer service team. • Track customer satisfaction scores and ensure customer service standards are met. • Monitor customer service performance and provide recommendations for improvement. • Provide support to the customer service unit to ensure customer service standards are met. • Analyze customer feedback data and develop action plans to improve customer service. • Assist in resolving customer service related issues. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer service trends and best practices. • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. • Perform other duties as assigned.
