Job Description

As CVS Health’s Equity Director, you will be responsible for developing and driving the organization’s health care equity strategy and initiatives. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure that CVS Health’s health care equity initiatives are inclusive, equitable, and effective. The ideal candidate should have a passion for health care equity, a deep understanding of health disparities, the ability to think strategically, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive CVS Health’s health care equity strategy and initiatives.
  2. Lead a cross-functional team to ensure that CVS Health’s health care equity initiatives are inclusive, equitable, and effective.
  3. Design and implement programs to address health disparities.
  4. Stay abreast of current trends in health care equity and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  5. Cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the organization’s health care equity initiatives.
  6. Monitor progress towards goals and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed about the organization’s health care equity initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to promote health care equity.
  9. Serve as a health care equity expert and provide guidance to teams and stakeholders.
