As CVS Health’s Equity Director, you will be responsible for developing and driving the organization’s health care equity strategy and initiatives. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure that CVS Health’s health care equity initiatives are inclusive, equitable, and effective. Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive CVS Health’s health care equity strategy and initiatives.
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure that CVS Health’s health care equity initiatives are inclusive, equitable, and effective.
- Design and implement programs to address health disparities.
- Stay abreast of current trends in health care equity and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the organization’s health care equity initiatives.
- Monitor progress towards goals and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed about the organization’s health care equity initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote health care equity.
- Serve as a health care equity expert and provide guidance to teams and stakeholders.
