- Collaborate with department heads and leaders to understand their team's needs and develop HR solutions that align with the company's goals and values.
- Drive employee engagement through various initiatives and programs, such as team building activities and recognition programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to support employee development and career growth.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing any HR-related questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to understand their needs, concerns, and career aspirations.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training and development needs and implement programs to support employee growth.
- Participate in the performance management process by providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Serve as a culture ambassador by promoting company values and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvement or changes in current practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data, ensuring compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations issues and helping to resolve conflicts.
- Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting a culture of respect and acceptance.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Hr Generalist Or Business Partner Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Providing Strategic Hr Solutions And Driving Organizational Change Initiatives.
