  1. Develop and implement strategic HR solutions to support the needs of our business units and employees.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee relations issues.
  5. Conduct regular training and development programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  6. Participate in the recruiting and hiring process to ensure the selection of top talent.
  7. Manage employee performance and development through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  8. Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and promote a fair and ethical work environment.
  9. Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and promote effective communication.
  10. Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
  11. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting and implementing initiatives that support these values.
  12. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  13. Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to improve HR programs and processes.
  14. Collaborate with other HR team members and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for CVS Health and represent the company's core values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Formal Education In Human Resources Is Essential For A Hr Solutions People Partner Role At Cvs Health. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles And Practices.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr: Cvs Health Is Looking For Candidates With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Hr Field.   • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: Cvs Health Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry And It Is Important For The Hr Solutions People Partner To Have A Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Compliance Regulations. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Can Effectively Navigate And Advise On Complex Hr Issues.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Results: Cvs Health Is Looking For Candidates Who Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Results In Their Previous Hr Roles.
