Job Description

As an Inbound Outbound Queue Associate at CVS Health, you will be in charge of managing our inbound and outbound queues to ensure that our customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, a customer-driven attitude, and excellent communication skills. You must also be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inbound and outbound queues to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Maintain a professional attitude when handling multiple tasks.
  3. Provide excellent customer service with a customer-driven attitude.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues and supervisors.
  5. Monitor customer orders and adjust queues accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Utilize organizational skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the fulfillment process.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  8. Ensure accuracy of data entry and order fulfillment.
  9. Remain up-to-date with the latest company policies and procedures.
