CVS Health is in search of an experienced, dedicated LOA Case Manager to join its team. As a key part of the Human Resources team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all leaves of absence processes, including FMLA, ADA, and other types of leave. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, in addition to an understanding of employee relations, legal compliance, and related human resource policies. Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire leave of absence process for CVS Health, including FMLA, ADA, and other types of leave.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee leaves of absence.
• Provide superior customer service to employees with leave requests.
• Educate and advise employees regarding their rights and responsibilities associated with leaves of absence.
• Maintain accurate records of employee leaves of absence.
• Monitor employee leave of absence status and ensure timely communication.
• Administer leave of absence policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding their return to work following a leave of absence.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave of absence policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to ensure compliance with leave of absence regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners including legal counsel and vendors.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and maintain records.
