Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
