Job Description

CVS Health is looking for an experienced Manager, Vendor Management to join our team and lead our vendor management efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong relationship between CVS Health and its vendors, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and knowledge of contract and vendor management processes. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships between CVS Health and its vendors
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Negotiate contract terms with vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor management processes
  • Create and manage vendor agreements
  • Track vendor performance metrics
  • Resolve vendor disputes and conflicts
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure vendor needs are met
  • Prepare and present vendor reports and performance metrics
  • Regularly review vendor contracts and agreements for accuracy and compliance
