  1. Oversee the accuracy and integrity of encounter data for CVS Health, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  2. Utilize expertise in healthcare operations and data analysis to identify and resolve any issues with encounter data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and compliance, to develop and implement processes to improve encounter data accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Lead and manage a team of encounter data analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as healthcare providers and payers, to ensure timely and accurate exchange of encounter data.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and guidelines related to encounter data, and ensure compliance within the organization.
  7. Analyze encounter data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and revenue enhancement opportunities.
  8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on encounter data performance and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to encounter data accuracy and integrity, and take action as needed to address any areas of improvement.
  10. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in encounter data management, and make recommendations for incorporating them into CVS Health's processes and procedures.
  11. Use strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for encounter data management, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Encounter Data: A Revenue Integrity Senior Manager Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Encounter Data And Its Role In Healthcare Reimbursement. This Includes Knowledge Of Coding Guidelines, Medicare Advantage Plans, And Encounter Submission Processes.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As A Revenue Integrity Senior Manager, One Must Have Exceptional Analytical Skills To Review And Analyze Large Datasets, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Make Sound Decisions Based On Data Analysis.

  • Experience With Revenue Cycle Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Revenue Cycle Management, Including Understanding Of Claims Processing, Denials Management, And Revenue Cycle Workflows.

  • Leadership Abilities: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Encounter Specialists. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing Staff, Providing Guidance And Direction, And Fostering A Collaborative Team Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Revenue Integrity Senior Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Including Cms Guidelines, Hipaa, And Other Applicable Laws. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Ensuring Compliance And Mitigating Risk For The Organization.
