Senior Employee Relations Consultant

The Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CVS Health is a critical role responsible for addressing and resolving employee relations issues across multiple locations. As the Senior Employee Relations Consultant, you will be the go-to person for CVS Health’s leadership team in developing strategies and solutions to manage complex employee relations issues. Responsibilities:

-Provide expert advice and guidance to CVS Health’s leadership team on complex employee relations issues

-Develop strategies and solutions to improve employee relations and ensure the organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations -Conduct investigations into employee relations matters -Consult with legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations -Provide support and guidance to CVS Health’s employees on employee relations matters -Evaluate trends in employee relations to identify potential issues and develop solutions -Communicate with CVS Health’s internal and external stakeholders regarding employee relations initiatives -Maintain a comprehensive understanding of human resources and labor law -Work with CVS Health’s leadership team to develop policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations

-Create reports and presentations to communicate employee relations initiatives to CVS Health’s leadership team and other stakeholders -Develop and implement training initiatives to educate employees on employee relations matters -Monitor employee relations initiatives to ensure they are in line with CVS Health’s corporate mission and values
