
Senior Employee Relations Consultant
The Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CVS Health is a critical role responsible for addressing and resolving employee relations issues across multiple locations. As the Senior Employee Relations Consultant, you will be the go-to person for CVS Health’s leadership team in developing strategies and solutions to manage complex employee relations issues. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and that all employee relations initiatives are in line with CVS Health’s corporate mission and values.To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive knowledge of human resources and labor law, as well as a proven track record of developing successful strategies to improve employee relations. In addition, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and well-developed organizational skills. Above all, you will need to demonstrate a passion for supporting CVS Health’s employees and mission.
Responsibilities:
-Provide expert advice and guidance to CVS Health’s leadership team on complex employee relations issues
-Develop strategies and solutions to improve employee relations and ensure the organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations -Conduct investigations into employee relations matters -Consult with legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations -Provide support and guidance to CVS Health’s employees on employee relations matters -Evaluate trends in employee relations to identify potential issues and develop solutions -Communicate with CVS Health’s internal and external stakeholders regarding employee relations initiatives -Maintain a comprehensive understanding of human resources and labor law -Work with CVS Health’s leadership team to develop policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations
-Create reports and presentations to communicate employee relations initiatives to CVS Health’s leadership team and other stakeholders -Develop and implement training initiatives to educate employees on employee relations matters -Monitor employee relations initiatives to ensure they are in line with CVS Health’s corporate mission and values
