
Senior Manager, Agile Practice Management
At CVS Health, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Agile Practice Management who is passionate about leading and developing teams in the agile methodology. This individual should have a strong understanding of agile principles and have a proven track record of creating successful agile teams and delivering results. The ideal candidate should have a collaborative approach, be a problem solver, and have experience in developing and coaching Agile teams. The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agile Practice Management and in-depth knowledge of the agile methodology and tools. Additionally, they should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead and inspire team members. Candidates with Scrum Master Certification and/or experience in developing and implementing Agile processes are preferred.
