- Analyze data and metrics to measure the success and impact of wellness programs.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to provide additional resources and support for wellness programs.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking information and guidance on health and wellness topics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all wellness-related activities and initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards related to wellness programs.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement wellness-related policies and procedures.
- Provide support and assistance to employees participating in wellness programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve wellness programs to meet the changing needs of employees.
- Represent CVS Health at wellness-related events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Health Promotion, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Wellness Program Development And Implementation.
Strong Knowledge Of Health And Wellness Topics, Including Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management, And Chronic Disease Prevention.
Experience In Conducting Health Assessments And Developing Personalized Wellness Plans For Individuals Or Groups.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Engage Individuals In Wellness Activities.
