Responsibilities of a Travel Advisor:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to cxLoyalty clients and help them plan their perfect trip.
  2. Possess a strong background in travel services and an in-depth knowledge of destinations worldwide.
  3. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and an ability to provide a unique and memorable travel experience.
  4. Keep up to date with the latest developments in the travel industry.
  5. Assist customers in selecting the best travel packages and destinations.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  7. Maintain customer records and ensure all customer information is up-to-date.
  8. Provide assistance with booking flights, accomodations, and other travel services.
  9. Utilize problem solving skills to resolve customer issues and complaints.
  10. Provide advice and guidance to customers regarding travel options.
