Once reviewed, transfers loans to servicing. Prepares files and/or notes to be shipped to secondary markets, government agencies, or service released investor. Reviews files with a purchase checklist to verify loan qualifies for purchase. Monitors post closing pipeline to maintain a quick turn time on fundings. Backs up closing functions when necessary.
2+ years prior experience in mortgage loan post closing
Experience with all loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA)
Experience and knowledge in the mortgage industry.
Ability to complete projects within a tight time-frame.
