Job Description

Work to obtain all necessary permits as requested. Ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current and received before subcontractor performs any work on site. Follow up and escalate any issues as necessary. Prepare and assist with all project meeting agendas and associated attachments, including pre-installation meetings. Produce and maintain all meeting minutes for publishing to project team. Distribute all short interval and overall project schedules. Ensure subcontractors have current scopes of work. Assist Project Manager in the development of the overall project schedule. Review drawings and specifications in order to identify long lead times and critical path items for project. Draft, submit, track, and distribute all RFIs to team members as appropriate. Pursue and monitor submittals and track deliveries of materials. Verify all submittal conformity to plans & specifications. Collect Superintendent and subcontractor’s daily reports including weekly project pictures and safety documentation. Review project documentation and inform Project Manager of incomplete items or deficiencies. Review and code budget line Items, change orders, and invoices. Check for accuracy and compare to cost to complete forecast.
