As a Technician Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work with cutting-edge technology in the automotive industry.   1. Assist with the repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles, including trucks and buses, under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  2. Learn and apply advanced diagnostic and repair techniques to ensure vehicles are functioning at optimal levels.
  3. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, ask questions, and seek guidance as needed.
  5. Perform routine tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience.
  6. Utilize computer systems and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues.
  7. Keep accurate records of work performed and document any necessary repairs or maintenance needed.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  11. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to uphold the company's reputation.
  13. Continuously demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  14. Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the overall success of the team and company.
