Executive Vice President Research & Development

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Vice President of Research & Development to join the Dairy Queen team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and creating products that meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. You will lead a team of product developers and engineers to deliver an exciting portfolio of products to our customers. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the food industry, product development processes, and the ability to identify and implement potential improvements. We are looking for a leader who has a passion for innovation and can think strategically to develop a product pipeline that meets the needs of our customers.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a product innovation or research and development role. Additionally, you should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred. You should have outstanding communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
