  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and procedures across all Dairy Queen locations.
  2. Collaborate with franchise owners and managers to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance and support in implementing changes.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of inefficiency or opportunity for growth.
  4. Train and mentor operations support team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support Dairy Queen locations.
  5. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all locations.
  7. Manage and track operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  8. Communicate effectively with franchise owners, managers, and team members to drive alignment and collaboration.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
  10. Lead and facilitate meetings and trainings to ensure understanding and implementation of operational changes and updates.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  12. Act as a liaison between the corporate office and franchise locations to address any operational concerns or issues.
  13. Create and maintain operational manuals and guidelines for consistent and efficient operations across all locations.
  14. Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues related to operations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Operations Management: A Senior Manager Operations Support Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Operations In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably Within The Food Or Retail Industry.
