
Financial Systems Lead, HFM Administrator
Coordinate communication between accounting areas, Corporate Systems Support, and Network Services related to Hyperion processing, scheduling, reporting, and distribution of financial reports. Oversee maintenance of General Ledger Chart of Accounts. Oversee maintenance to the Restaurant Information Database (RID). Ensure an adequate control environment exists by developing, documenting, and enforcing adequate procedures and controls. Oversee other accountings processes ensuring complete and accurate reporting in accordance GAAP. Oversee all government Census reporting. Lead and direct 3rd party consultants including contract negotiations. Develop team members by supporting training, development, and other professional growth opportunities; manage individual and team performance through coaching, feedback, and performance management discussions. Develop and implement relevant training for all General Ledger and Hyperion users to ensure appropriate knowledge of tools and resources available to users.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience
At least 2 years in an accounting systems role within a large, global organization
Proficiency in Oracle General Ledger and Hyperion (or similar) reporting software is desired
Demonstrated ability to multi-task while meeting strict deadlines in a fast paced, high pressure environment
