1. Provide exceptional care to patients with kidney disease in a hospital setting.
2. Administer dialysis treatments and closely monitor patients' vital signs.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
4. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
