- Conduct thorough research and analysis of current recruiting trends, market data, and industry best practices to inform and improve our talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including but not limited to job postings, social media recruitment, and networking events.
- Utilize data and metrics to track and measure the success of recruitment efforts, and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment KPIs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles to attract the best-fit candidates.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates to advance in the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their fit for open positions and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, and provide support and guidance throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data and documentation in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in developing and delivering training to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices for attracting top talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador for DaVita Kidney Care, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in recruitment practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to candidates and the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Internal Stakeholders
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Techniques
Knowledge Of Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
