- Provide administrative support to the Facility Administrator in managing day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to create and maintain a positive work environment for employees and ensure efficient staffing levels.
- Help oversee and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue for the facility.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff meetings and trainings to ensure employees are up to date on company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Serve as a liaison between the facility and other departments within the company.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and handle any patient or family concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement strategic plans for the facility's growth and success.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the facility's operations and services.
- Uphold the company's mission and values and promote a positive company culture.
- Other duties as assigned by the Facility Administrator.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Administrative Role.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Particularly In The Field Of Dialysis.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Electronic Medical Records And Microsoft Office.
