  • Provide administrative support to the Facility Administrator in all aspects of facility operations.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, and facility procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and facility efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Administrator to support the overall success of the facility.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
