- Provide administrative support to the Facility Administrator in all aspects of facility operations.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, and facility procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and facility efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.

- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Administrator to support the overall success of the facility.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Facility Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Patients, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
