- Support the facility administrator in overseeing and managing daily operations of the facility.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the facility administrator and other team members to maintain a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain facility budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate and oversee staff training and development to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of necessary medical supplies.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and staff to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Provide support in managing human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Facility Or Related Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Staff And Communicate With Patients.
