- Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis clinics to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the clinics.
- Manage and maintain the budget for the clinics, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and support staff, to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for patient care, staffing, and financial data.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
- Stay informed about advancements in kidney disease treatment and implement new techniques or programs as appropriate.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Serve as a liaison between the clinics and the corporate office, providing regular updates on clinic operations and performance.
- Represent the clinics at community events and engage in outreach efforts to promote the services offered by DaVita Kidney Care.
- Maintain a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management Or Administration, Preferably In A Dialysis Center Or Similar Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Strong Financial Acumen, With Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Managing Expenses.
