We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our dialysis facility. As a Facility Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients while also managing the financial and administrative aspects of the facility. If you have a passion for healthcare and a strong drive for success, we would love to have you join our team.To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management is also required, preferably in a dialysis setting. In addition, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this position.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dialysis facility.
  2. Ensure the highest level of quality care for patients with kidney disease.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  4. Manage the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
  7. Communicate regularly with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure their needs are being met.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  9. Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistent and effective communication and implementation of company initiatives.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the facility.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and facilities to share best practices and ensure continuity of care.
  12. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and in compliance with safety standards.
  13. Stay informed about advancements and changes in the field of kidney care and incorporate them into facility operations.
  14. Serve as a role model for staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  15. Promote and maintain a positive public image for the facility and the company.
