
Patient Services Representative
DaVita Kidney Care is looking for a passionate and experienced Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.The Patient Services Representative is responsible for building relationships with our patients and providing a high level of customer service. You will be the main point of contact for our patients, handling their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance throughout their experience at DaVita Kidney Care.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a problem solver, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to stay calm under pressure and remain professional in all interactions.To be successful in this role, you must have: • At least 3 years of customer service experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures • Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records • Strong problem-solving skills • A valid driver’s license If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, and have the skills and experience necessary to be successful in this role, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
