
Talent Acquisition PMO Project Manager

- Develop and implement strategic project plans to support the organization's talent acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to execute on talent acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Analyze and report on project metrics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform project strategies.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure understanding and successful implementation of project plans.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of talent acquisition projects with overall company goals and objectives.
- Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Project Management.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies.
