We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition PMO Project Manager to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage strategic projects that drive our talent acquisition initiatives and support our mission to be the best dialysis provider in the world.   1. Develop and implement strategic project plans to support the organization's talent acquisition goals.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to execute on talent acquisition initiatives.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  5. Analyze and report on project metrics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  7. Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform project strategies.
  10. Train and mentor team members to ensure understanding and successful implementation of project plans.
  11. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of talent acquisition projects with overall company goals and objectives.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
  14. Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Project Management.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
