1. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions.
2. Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
3. Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment of corporate clients to ensure responsible lending and investment practices.
4. Develop and implement strategies to grow the corporate banking portfolio and meet revenue targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, treasury, and investment to structure and execute complex financial transactions for clients.
6. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
7. Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients and senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
9. Actively participate in networking events and represent the bank in a professional manner to promote its services and brand.
10. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
