  1. Provide telephone triage and patient care services to patients in a compassionate and skilled manner.
  2. Utilize nursing expertise to assess patient needs and provide appropriate medical advice and assistance.
  3. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality and coordinated care for patients.
  4. Utilize state-of-the-art technology and resources to effectively communicate with patients and document patient information.
  5. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice to maintain a high level of patient care.
  6. Educate patients and their families on health management, prevention, and treatment options.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient needs, making appropriate referrals and recommendations.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices and advancements in nursing.
  10. Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all patient interactions.
  12. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.
  13. Display a positive and professional attitude while representing Deaconess Health System.
  14. Maintain a high level of adaptability and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the call center.
  15. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Deaconess Health System in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
