1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with Deaconess Health System's standards and policies.
2. Assist nursing staff in performing daily tasks and providing necessary support to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

7. Recognize and respond to the emotional and physical needs of patients, providing comfort and support as needed.
8. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times, following HIPAA guidelines and Deaconess Health System's policies.
9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the healthcare industry.
10. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
