1. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the Deaconess Health System facility.
2. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
3. Follow established cleaning and disinfecting protocols to prevent the spread of germs and infections.
4. Monitor and replenish supplies in designated areas, such as patient rooms and public spaces.
5. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when handling hazardous materials.
7. Collaborate with other members of the environmental services team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
8. Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services from patients, staff, and visitors.

11. Participate in training and educational programs to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
