1. Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms using specialized equipment and software.
2. Record and analyze data from cardiac monitors, identifying any abnormal or concerning patterns.
3. Alert healthcare providers of any changes or abnormalities in a patient's cardiac rhythm.
4. Collaborate with healthcare team to determine appropriate treatment based on monitored data.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient monitoring and provide reports to healthcare providers as needed.
6. Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with cardiac monitoring equipment.
7. Educate patients and their families on the use of cardiac monitoring equipment and provide instructions for at-home monitoring.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality and data security.
9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on advancements in cardiac monitoring technology and procedures.
10. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure a high standard of patient care.
11. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
12. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
