Financial Accountant Analyst

The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.The Financial Accountant Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to summarize and forecast financial position. They will also be required to develop and implement accounting procedures and policies, and prepare reports for management.We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of three years of experience in a related role. An MBA or CPA certification is preferred. Good knowledge of accounting principles and excellent problem-solving skills are essential as well. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to summarize and forecast financial position.
2. Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies.
3. Prepare reports for management.
4. Monitor the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and the analysis of budget variances.
7. Monitor and review financial performance.
8. Participate in financial audits and provide recommendations.
9. Offer support and guidance to other team members.
10. Maintain and update financial records.
11. Provide financial advice to management.
12. Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders.
