Welcome to Deaconess Health System! We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring the success of our organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, has a strong understanding of HR principles, and is able to handle a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.   1. Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide prompt and professional assistance to employees.
  2. Advise and guide employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with company and legal regulations.
  3. Conduct new employee orientations, including explaining benefits, company culture, and answering any questions.
  4. Assist with employee relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with company goals and support employee development.
  8. Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continually improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.
  10. Provide support and guidance to managers and supervisors on employee performance, development, and career progression.
  11. Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  12. Maintain positive relationships with employees, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve any HR issues or concerns.
  14. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values in all interactions with employees and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
