HR Advisor

1. Serve as a key point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues from employees and management.
2. Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on federal and state laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new policies and procedures as needed.
5. Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
7. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and coordinating new employee orientation.
8. Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, such as turnover rates and employee engagement surveys.
9. Partner with department managers to address performance and disciplinary issues.
10. Continuously monitor and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Provide support and guidance to employees during times of organizational change.
12. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to HR policies and procedures.
13. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with employees to promote a positive work culture.
14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
