As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring our employees have the tools and resources they need to thrive.   1. Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development, performance management, and retention.
  3. Partner with department leaders to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
  4. Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and job performance.
  5. Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training and development needs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee growth and development.
  7. Manage employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to talent development and HR practices.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
  11. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and supporting employee participation in training and development opportunities.
  13. Manage and maintain employee data and records related to talent development and training activities.
  14. Develop and manage the talent development budget, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
  15. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues related to talent development and employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Development And Training, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Human Resources Laws And Regulations, As Well As Best Practices In Talent Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Talent Development Programs That Align With The Organization's Goals And Strategies
