As a Manager of Practice Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to providing exceptional patient care.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Neurology practice to achieve operational and financial goals.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neurology practice, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to the practice staff, including training and development opportunities.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, vendors, and community organizations.
  8. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the practice.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the practice's operations.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
  11. Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for practice staff.
  12. Develop and manage the practice's budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the practice and other departments within the healthcare system.
  14. Implement and maintain efficient and effective communication systems within the practice.
  15. Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  16. Act as a representative of the practice in meetings and events within the healthcare system and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Neurology Practice Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Especially In Relation To Neurology Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Team Leadership And Development, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Large Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Patients To Ensure High-Quality Patient Care And Satisfaction.
