1. Greeting and welcoming patients to Deaconess Health System with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Acting as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical care at our facility.
3. Providing exceptional customer service and actively listening to patients' needs and concerns.
4. Assisting patients with the intake process, including verifying personal and insurance information, collecting necessary documents, and completing necessary forms.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring confidentiality of all patient information.
6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care.
7. Communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and superiors to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process.
8. Resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the intake process, and escalating them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
9. Staying up-to-date on all policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient intake and healthcare services.
