Patient Transporter

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients as they move throughout the hospital while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.This position requires excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to quickly assess and respond to situations. You must be able to identify and prioritize patient needs, and understand and follow all safety protocols. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the safe and comfortable transportation of patients throughout the hospital.
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain the highest standards of safety at all times.
3. Quickly assess and respond to situations as they arise.
4. Identify and prioritize patient needs.
5. Understand and follow all safety protocols.
6. Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
7. Be an effective communicator with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
8. Monitor the condition of patients while transporting them.
9. Document patient transportation and care activities.
10. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
