- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all payroll processes are in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as human resources and finance, to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed, including tax and deduction summaries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees by responding to payroll inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on payroll software and technology to ensure efficient processing and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and maintain data security protocols.
- Train and mentor new payroll staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct periodic audits of payroll processes to identify and address any errors or discrepancies.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll Laws And Regulations.
Proficiency In Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday.
Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy, With Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills.
