Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled PHP/IOP Program Lead to join our team and lead our outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients by overseeing the development and implementation of our mental health treatment programs.   1. Oversee the development and implementation of outpatient and intensive outpatient mental health treatment programs.
  2. Lead a team of mental health professionals to ensure high-quality care for patients.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and efficiency in program operations.
  4. Develop and maintain program budgets, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
  5. Monitor and analyze program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  7. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  8. Maintain and foster relationships with community partners to enhance program services.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  10. Serve as a liaison between program staff, patients, and their families to address any concerns or issues.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to promote and market the program to the community.
  12. Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to ensure staff are informed and equipped to provide high-quality care.
  13. Act as a role model for professional behavior and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  14. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  15. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  16. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all program activities and patient progress.
  17. Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings related to mental health treatment.
  18. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  19. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of program management.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve program processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Php And Iop Programming And Implementation.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Developers.

  • Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
