• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff in the Emergency Department
• Support the busy team by performing a variety of clerical duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the department by accurately entering and updating patient information, maintaining inventory, and managing paperwork
