Boiler Operator

Del Monte Foods is seeking an experienced and reliable Boiler Operator to join our team! We're looking for an individual who is dependable, safety-minded, and motivated to help us maintain an efficient and safe boiler operation.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of boiler operation experience, as well as a valid boiler operator’s license. The ability to troubleshoot, identify malfunctions, and repair boilers is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers to ensure safety and efficiency on a regular basis.
2. Monitor boiler performance and inspect safety devices to identify malfunctions and make repairs if needed.
3. Ensure that all safety and operating requirements are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.
4. Monitor and adjust steam and feedwater levels to ensure optimal boiler performance.
5. Ensure that all maintenance and repairs are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Follow all safety procedures and take appropriate action in the case of an emergency.
7. Maintain accurate records of all boiler operations and maintenance activities.
8. Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency.
9. Identify and report any potential safety issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
