Develop and implement the Company’s quality policies and programs and methods to inspect, test, and validate product and production processes. Collaborate with the management team across the company to set quality benchmarks. Track and monitor the production flow throughout the manufacturing process from design phase to site installation, to guarantee the highest quality product. Ensure high quality documentation based on the latest industry standards. Implementing Quality procedures and managing processes across the organization including incoming, line inspections and in process. Develop, implement, and communicate a clear strategic vision for quality to maximize employee alignment and engagement, and performance. Maintain a strong independent role as it relates to compliance-related decisions. Champion co-manufacturing and co-packer commissioning and qualification process. Take a leadership role in digitization of quality reporting and compliance process.
