
Marketing Associate – IMC Planning
The Marketing Associate – IMC Planning position is a key role in the Omni-Channel Marketing team that’s responsible for bringing Marketing strategies to market with best-in-class planning and execution. This individual will lead the end-to-end marketing communications planning process. Drive 3C process – Coordinate and create frameworks to set the foundation for planning, evaluating data and insights across the 3Cs (Competitive, Consumer, and Customer) to drive Plan strategies. Manage internal marketing plan and creative review meetings – Lead feedback to cross-agencies, and drive next steps of each IMC process milestone. Partner with Brand Teams/Marketing Leadership to understand creative campaign development needs and overall impact to planning process and timelines. Identify cost savings opportunities. Manage production budgets with providers including agencies, production houses, and internal partners.
4+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing or related field in a client side or agency role
Experience in leading and partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams. CPG experience preferred.
