Recruiting Specialist

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will partner with our hiring managers to find incredible talent for Del Monte Foods. You will drive the hiring process from start to finish and ensure that every candidate has a great experience with regards to the hiring process. Drive the full cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions ensuring a best of class candidate experience. Partner with our leaders and hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs within their business units. Assist with developing creative and streamlined hiring processes for talent acquisition. Drive inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing platforms. Provide candidates with appropriate information about the company along the way to ensure a smooth onboarding. Ensure data integrity by updating candidate and requirement statuses in the ATS.
