The Sr Manager Human Resources will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support in the areas of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in a managerial role. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, and a Master’s degree is a plus.
